Er ist innerhalb kurzer Zeit aufblasbar und der Druck kann einfach geregelt werden. Durch den Einsatz des Airfloors im Training werden die Gelenke weniger belastet, sodass öfter geübt werden kann. Das Gerät ist sowohl für Anfänger als auch für Spitzen-Turner geeignet. Die Markierungslinie auf einer Seite dient der besseren Orientierung und als methodische Unterstützung.
