JUDO BASE CONSTRUCTION “ERGOTOP”
Special base construction for the judo and budo sports - developed by SPIETH Gymnastics.
Contrary to the free exercise floor this base construction is not a rebound floor, but the construction designed for damping or force peaks reduction. The construction must be covered with tatami mats or other suitable surfaces.
Ergotop 75 (height approx. 75 mm)
Height of damping elements 60 mm. The force peaks reduction measured between the elements acc. to DIN 18 032 Part 2 (resolution state 1999) without judo mat makes 79%. The plates of the base construction are flexibly connected. The installation will be made by our experienced SPIETH technicians, assisting personnel can be provided by the club.Features of SPIETH Judo Floor:
- Due to the good damping abilities, the frequency of judo throws during training sessions can be raised
- The injury risk of athletes will be significantly reduced
- Low subsidence (important for foot techniques)
- Ideal for beginners, who are still improving their falling techniques
- No influence on other athletes, who train on the same surface

- No vibration or waving
