Special foam elements achieve a high peak force reduction to protect the gymnasts' joints while at the same time providing optimum support for the dynamic elements. The arrangement of the foam elements has been optimized to further increase the durability of the floor even under the most intensive use.
The skin-friendly antistatic super velour carpet with high shear resistance ensures optimum training and competition conditions.
Scope of delivery:
- 3 rolls each 14x4 m and 1 roll 14x2 m. Incl. red adhesive tape for marking the competition area of 13x13 m. Carpet color: savannah beige.
- Substructure (13.6x13.6 m) consisting of 100 plates each 124x124 cm, 40 plates each 124x62 cm and 4 plates each 62x62 cm, as well as 121 cover plates reinforced with glass fiber mesh on the top side, which are held together with hook and loop tape.
A forklift truck must be provided by the customer for unloading.

Aerobic Floor "Baku"
The FIG-certified competition Aerobics Floor "Baku" fulfils the highest requirements for competition and training. The rebound and damping behaviour are harmonised in such a way that high force peaks are minimized and joints are protected. At the same time, the rebound characteristics supports the creative dynamic aerobic elements.
The floor consists of stable multi-layer glued wooden plates with a coating particularly suitable for aerobic sports, which offers the optimum combination of adhesion and gliding properties. The non-reflecting coating is also suitable for TV recordings.
The plates are joined together using the groove and slat principle, making assembly quick and easy. Additionally, the plates are secured against slipping with a tensioning strap system. This also ensures a homogenous characteristics over the entire surface. The black marking tape for labelling the competition area is included in the scope of delivery. Wood is a natural product, so the colour of the floor may vary slightly.
