Free standing model. Power training device for general and specific development of chest, back and shoulder muscles. Suitable for learning and practising cross position and various skills on rings and bars. Easy height adjustment allows the bench to be used anywhere. The smoothly running, upholstered slides with ball bearings are put in metal rails to ensure extensive use without problems.
