The protection of your privacy is very important to us. Below, we provide detailed information about how we handle your data.
The data controller is:

1. ACCESS DATA AND HOSTING
You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Each time a website is accessed, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the access.

This access data is evaluated solely for the purpose of ensuring the smooth operation of the website and improving our offering. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our offering, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests, in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. All access data is deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the website.

2. DATA COLLECTION AND USE FOR CONTRACT PROCESSING, CONTACTING US AND OPENING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us in the context of your order, when contacting us (e.g. via contact form or email) or when opening a customer account. Mandatory fields are marked as such, as in these cases we require the data for contract processing, or to process your contact request or open a customer account, and without this information you cannot complete the order and/or open an account, or send the contact request. The data that is collected can be seen in the respective input forms. We use the data you provide in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract processing and handling your enquiries. After complete fulfilment of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial law retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to further use your data in a manner that is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this statement. You can delete your customer account at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below or by using the function provided for this purpose in your customer account.

3. DATA TRANSFER
In order to fulfil the contract in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, we will transfer your data to the shipping company responsible for delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods ordered. Depending on which payment service provider you select during the ordering process, we will pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to the payment service providers commissioned by us or to the selected payment service. In some cases, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves if you create an account there. In this case, you must log in to the payment service provider with your access data during the ordering process. In this respect, the data protection declaration of the respective payment service provider applies.

The same applies to the transfer of data to our manufacturers or wholesalers in cases where they handle shipping for us (drop shipping).

We use payment service providers and shipping service providers that are based in a country outside the European Union. Personal data is only transferred to these companies to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of the contract.

Data transfer to shipping service providers

If you have given us your express consent to do so during or after your order, we will pass on your telephone number to the selected shipping service provider in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR so that they can contact you before delivery for the purpose of delivery notification or coordination.
You can revoke your consent at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below. After revocation, we will delete the data you have provided for this purpose, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use your data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this statement.

The legal basis for this data processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you can revoke at any time.

Further information about Adobe Fonts and Adobe's privacy policy can be found at the following link:

4. E-MAIL NEWSLETTER AND POSTAL ADVERTISING

E-mail advertising with newsletter subscription
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use the data required for this purpose or separately provided by you to send you our e-mail newsletter on a regular basis based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, either by sending a message to the contact option described below or by using the link provided for this purpose in the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we will delete your email address unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use your data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this statement.

Email advertising without newsletter subscription and your right to object
If we receive your email address in connection with the sale of a product or service and you have not objected to this, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers for similar products from our range by email on the basis of Section 7 (3) UWG (German Unfair Competition Act). This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests in advertising to our customers, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests.
You can object to this use of your email address at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a link provided for this purpose in the advertising email, without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic tariffs.

Postal advertising and your right to object
In addition, we reserve the right to use your first and last name and your postal address for our own advertising purposes, e.g. to send you interesting offers and information about our products by post. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in advertising to our customers, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
The advertising mailings are carried out on our behalf by a service provider to whom we pass on your data for this purpose.
You can object to the storage and use of your data for these purposes at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below.

5. COOKIES AND WEB ANALYSIS
In order to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, to display suitable products or for market research, we use so-called cookies on various pages. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests in an optimised presentation of our offer in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Cookies are small text files that are automatically stored on your device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e. after you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device and enable us to recognise your browser the next time you visit (persistent cookies). You can find the storage period in the overview in your web browser's cookie settings. You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and can decide individually whether to accept them or to exclude the acceptance of cookies in certain cases or in general. Each browser differs in the way it manages cookie settings. This is described in the help menu of each browser, which explains how you can change your cookie settings. You can find these for the respective browsers under the following links:

If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

If you have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, this website also uses the so-called DoubleClick cookie for advertising purposes within the scope of Google Analytics (see below), which enables your browser to be recognized when you visit other websites. The information automatically generated by the cookie about your visit to this website is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The IP address is truncated by activating IP anonymization on this website before transmission within the member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The anonymized IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

Google will use this information to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Once the purpose has been fulfilled and we have stopped using Google DoubleClick, the data collected in this context will be deleted.

Google Double Click is a service provided by Google LLC. (www.google.de).

Google LLC is headquartered in the USA and is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. A current certificate can be viewed here. Based on this agreement between the USA and the European Commission, the latter has determined that companies certified under the Privacy Shield have an adequate level of data protection.

You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by deactivating the DoubleClick cookie via this link. In addition, you can find out about the use of cookies and adjust your settings at the Digital Advertising Alliance. Finally, you can set your browser so that you are informed about the use of cookies and can decide individually whether to accept them or to exclude the acceptance of cookies in certain cases or in general. If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Use of Google (Universal) Analytics for web analysis
If you have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, this website uses Google (Universal) Analytics for the purpose of website analysis. The web analytics service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, a company registered and operated under Irish law with its registered office at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. (www.google.de). Google (Universal) Analytics uses methods that enable an analysis of your use of the website, such as cookies. The automatically collected information about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. By activating IP anonymisation on this website, the IP address is truncated before transmission within the member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The anonymised IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. Once the purpose has been fulfilled and we have stopped using Google Analytics, the data collected in this context will be deleted.

Insofar as information is transferred to Google servers in the USA and stored there, the American company Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. A current certificate can be viewed here. On the basis of this agreement between the USA and the European Commission, the latter has determined that companies certified under the Privacy Shield have an adequate level of data protection.

You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. This prevents the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google.

As an alternative to the browser plugin, you can click this link to prevent Google Analytics from collecting data on this website in the future. An opt-out cookie will be stored on your device. If you delete your cookies, you will be asked to give your consent again.

If you have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, this website also uses Google Signals. This is an extension function of Google Analytics that enables so-called "cross-device tracking". This means that if your internet-enabled devices are linked to your Google account, Google can generate reports on usage behaviour (in particular, cross-device user numbers) even if you change your device. Google uses data for this purpose if you have activated the "personalised advertising" setting in your Google account.

We do not process personal data in this regard; we only receive statistics generated on the basis of Google Signals.

You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de . This prevents the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google. In addition, you can deactivate the "personalised advertising" setting in your Google account. Details can be found here.

7. ADVERTISING VIA MARKETING NETWORK
Google Ads Remarketing
We use Google Ads to advertise this website in Google search results and on third-party websites. If you have given us your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, when you visit our website, Google will set a so-called remarketing cookie, which automatically enables interest-based advertising using a pseudonymous cookie ID and based on the pages you have visited. Once the purpose has ceased to apply and we have stopped using Google Ad Remarketing, the data collected in this context will be deleted.

Any further data processing will only take place if you have agreed to Google linking your web and app browsing history to your Google account and using information from your Google account to personalise the ads you see on the web. In this case, if you are logged into Google while visiting our website, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing. For this purpose, your personal data will be temporarily linked to Google Analytics data by Google in order to form target groups.

Google Ads is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, a company registered and operating under Irish law with its registered office at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (www.google.de). Insofar as information is transferred to Google servers in the USA and stored there, the American company Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield.

A current certificate can be viewed here. Based on this agreement between the USA and the European Commission, the latter has determined that companies certified under the Privacy Shield have an adequate level of data protection.

You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by deactivating the remarketing cookie via this link. You can also find out about the use of cookies and adjust your settings at the Digital Advertising Alliance.

Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps to visually display geographical information. Google Maps is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, a company registered and operated under Irish law with its registered office at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (www.google.de). This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests in the optimised presentation of our offer and easy accessibility of our locations in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR. When using Google Maps, Google transmits and processes data about the use of the Maps functions by website visitors, which may include, in particular, the IP address and location data. We have no influence on this data processing.

To deactivate the Google Maps service and thus prevent data transmission to Google, you must deactivate the JavaScript function in your browser. In this case, Google Maps cannot be used or can only be used to a limited extent.

Further information about data processing by Google can be found in Google's privacy policy. The terms of use for Google Maps contain detailed information about the map service. Data processing is based on an agreement between joint controllers in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR, which you can view here.

8. SOCIAL MEDIA PLUGINS
Use of social plugins from Instagram using the "2-click solution"
Our website uses social plugins ("plugins") from social networks. To increase the protection of your data when visiting our website, the plugins are integrated into the page using the so-called "2-click solution". This integration ensures that when you visit a page on our website that contains such plugins, no connection is established with the servers of the respective social network. Only when you activate the plugins does your browser establish a direct connection to the servers of the respective social network.

The content of the respective plugin is then transmitted directly from the associated provider to your browser and integrated into the page. By integrating the plugins, the providers receive the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a profile with the respective provider or are not currently logged in. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a server of the respective provider (possibly in the USA) and stored there. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Like" or "Share" button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a server of the providers and stored there. The information is also published on the social network and displayed to your contacts there. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our offer in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by the providers, as well as a contact option and your rights and setting options for protecting your privacy, can be found in the providers' privacy policies:

YouTube video plugins
This website incorporates content from third-party providers. This content is provided by Google ("provider"). YouTube is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, a company registered and operated under Irish law with its registered office at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (www.google.de).

For YouTube videos embedded on our site, the extended privacy setting is activated. This means that no information about website visitors is collected and stored by YouTube unless they play the video. The integration of the videos serves to safeguard our legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our offer in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.

For the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data by the providers, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Our online presence on Facebook, Instagram
Our presence on social networks and platforms serves to improve active communication with our customers and interested parties. We use these platforms to provide information about our products and current special offers.

When you visit our online presence on social media, your data may be automatically collected and stored for market research and advertising purposes. This data is used to create so-called usage profiles using pseudonyms. These can be used, for example, to place advertisements within and outside the platforms that are likely to correspond to your interests. Cookies are usually used on your device for this purpose. These cookies store visitor behaviour and user interests. In accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f. GDPR, this serves to protect our legitimate interests in optimizing the presentation of our offer and communicating effectively with customers and interested parties, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests. If you are asked by the respective social media platform operators for your consent (agreement) to data processing, e.g. by means of a checkbox, the legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.

Insofar as the aforementioned social media platforms have their headquarters in the USA, the following applies: An adequacy decision by the European Commission exists for the USA. This is based on the EU-US Privacy Shield. A current certificate for the respective company can be viewed here.

For detailed information on the processing and use of data by the providers on their websites, as well as contact details and your rights and settings options for protecting your privacy, in particular opt-out options, please refer to the providers' privacy policies linked below. If you still need help in this regard, please contact us.

Data processing is based on an agreement between joint controllers in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR, which you can view here: https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/page_controller_addendum

10. INTEGRATION OF THE TRUSTED SHOPS TRUSTBADGE
The Trusted Shops Trustbadge is integrated into this website to display our Trusted Shops seal of approval and any reviews collected, as well as to offer Trusted Shops products to buyers after they have placed an order.
This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests in optimal marketing by enabling secure shopping in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are offered by Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne. The Trustbadge is provided as part of order processing by a CDN (content delivery network) provider. Trusted Shops GmbH also uses service providers from the USA. An adequate level of data protection is ensured. Further information on data protection at Trusted Shops GmbH can be found here.
When the Trustbadge is called up, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which also contains your IP address, date and time of access, amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the access. Individual access data is stored in a security database for the analysis of security incidents. The log files are automatically deleted no later than 90 days after creation.
Further personal data is transferred to Trusted Shops GmbH if you decide to use Trusted Shops products after completing an order or if you have already registered to use them. The contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops applies. For this purpose, personal data is automatically collected from the order data. Whether you as a buyer are already registered for product use is automatically checked using a neutral parameter, the email address hashed by a cryptological one-way function. The email address is converted into this hash value, which cannot be decrypted by Trusted Shops, before transmission. After checking for a match, the parameter is automatically deleted.
This is necessary for the fulfilment of our and Trusted Shops' overriding legitimate interests in providing buyer protection linked to the specific order and transactional evaluation services in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Further details, including information on how to object, can be found in the Trusted Shops privacy policy linked above and in the Trustbadge.

11. DATA TRANSFER TO SCHUFA
SPIETH Gymnastics GmbH transfers personal data collected within the scope of this contractual relationship regarding the application, execution and termination of this business relationship, as well as data regarding non-contractual or fraudulent behaviour, to SCHUFA Holding AG, Kormoranweg 5, 65201 Wiesbaden. The legal basis for these transfers is Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Transfers based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR may only be made if this is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of SPIETH Gymnastics GmbH or third parties and does not outweigh the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject requiring the protection of personal data. The exchange of data with SCHUFA also serves to fulfil legal obligations to carry out credit checks on customers (Sections 505a and 506 of the German Civil Code).
SCHUFA processes the data it receives and also uses it for profiling (scoring) purposes in order to provide its contractual partners in the European Economic Area and Switzerland, as well as other third countries (provided that an adequacy decision has been made by the European Commission), with information for assessing the creditworthiness of natural persons, among other things. Further information on SCHUFA's activities can be found in the SCHUFA information sheet in accordance with Art. 14 GDPR or online at www.schufa.de/datenschutz.
