Polizei Schweinfurt erhält neuen Trainingsraum

In addition to our core expertise in artistic gymnastics and the corresponding gymnastics halls, SPIETH has also been setting up martial arts training rooms for several years. We handle the planning, delivery, and installation of the budo areas, often including our highly shock-absorbing Ergotop 75 substructure.

Since January of this year, the Unterfranken Police Department can enjoy a brand-new training room in Schweinfurt. The martial arts area, located in the attic, had to be carefully planned, in addition to the installation of Tatami mats, due to several special requirements. Multiple wooden beams and window frames, numerous radiators, and a server cabinet in the room had to be padded to ensure the officers’ safety during training. For this purpose, all potential hazards were precisely measured by SPIETH technicians. Based on these measurements, custom pads were designed, drafted, and finally crafted by our in-house upholsterers – 100% handmade in Germany. The installation took place at the end of January under the guidance of a SPIETH technician with the assistance of many diligent officers from the Schweinfurt Police Department.
