Attention: TCS Safety issue

We want to inform you that we have noticed a possible safety issue with our TCS device (art. 1760950).
Inform all users of the device about the following:
Before each use, check whether the two eyebolts that connect the black case to the gymnastics equipment are firm and immobile (see blue arrows).
If these eyebolts can turn or move, please remove the TCS device from the gymnastics equipment as a precaution and get in contact with us.
Please be informed that the unlikely event could occur that the two eyebolts could come loose.
We will shortly send you an additional safety part that you can attach to the device.
You will receive a package with further instructions for this, to be implemented immediately. Please send us your customers address to which we should send the parcel.
In the meantime, you can continue to use the gymnastics equipment after checking the screw connection before each use.
