Terms and Conditions

1. Organiser: The competition is organised by SPIETH Gymnastics GmbH (In den Weiden 13, 73776 Altbach, info@spieth-gymnastics.com).

2. Eligibility: The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over. Employees of SPIETH Gymnastics GmbH and their relatives are excluded from taking part.

3. Entry: To take part, please submit the form. Multiple entries will not be considered. Entry is free of charge and not contingent upon the purchase of a product or service.

4. Entry period: The competition begins on 28/07/26 at 00:00 (CEST) and ends on 28/07/26 at 23:59 (CEST). Entries received after this time will not be considered.

5. Prize: A SPIETH bag with autographs.

6. Selection of winner: The winner will be selected at random after the entry period has ended and notified by email. Should the winner fail to respond to the message within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.

7. Data protection: The personal data collected as part of the competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of running the competition. Further information on data processing can be found in our privacy policy.

8. Disclaimer: SPIETH Gymnastics accepts no liability for technical faults or delays that prevent participation.

9. Miscellaneous: The matter is not subject to legal recourse. By entering the competition, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
